Devon's Elizabethan Herb Gardens
an illustrated talk by Dr Todd Gray MBE
Devon's Elizabethan herb gardens are particularly well-documented but the complexity of the records has prevented their being used and understood. In this lecture Dr Gray unveils the range of plants that were grown in Devon just as its explorers were beginning to bring new plants back from the New World.
