Clare Greener, a Past Chair of Devon Gardens Trust, has been nominated for the Gardens Trust Volunteer Award for 2025 for her contributions to the Devon Gardens Trust in research, recording conservation and publications. In addition, the nomination recognised Clare's work in supporting events, garden visits and working parties.
Clare said: "I can truly say that this has been a complete surprise and I am honoured that friends and colleagues thought me worthy of nomination. Volunteering with the Devon Gardens Trust over many years has given me the chance to conttribute as part of different teams and has rewarded me with new experiences and close friends who are also worthy of nomination for the work we share".
