Sue Minter, the new DGT chair, is a professional horticulturist, author and specialist garden tour leader; she was Curator of the Chelsea Physic Garden and Director of Living Collections at the Eden Project; her books include The Healing Garden, The Apothecaries Garden, a history of Chelsea Physic Garden and The Well-Connected Gardener: a biography of Alicia Amherst.
