Buckland Abbey is a Grade 1 listed 700 year old house in Buckland Monachorum, near Yelverton noted for its connection with Sir Richard Grenville and Sir Francis Drake. The Abbey gardens feature sweeping lawns and established borders, leading to the Elizabethan Garden to the north of the buildings. In mid-May the Wisteria will be in full flower on the Cider House Linhay.
2.00pm Tour with Head Gardener Sam Brown followed by tea in the Abbey cafe.
