Many of you will have heard of Harris Bugg Studio especially after their Best in Show Award at Chelsea in 2023.
Formed in 2017 by Charlotte Harris and Hugo Bugg, they have offices in Exeter, London and Isle of Skye. Harris Bugg Studio is an award-winning landscape design practice with projects located in the UK and Europe encompassing residential, public, historic, botanic, protected and commercial spaces.
The studio has enjoyed multiple gold medals and a best in show at RHS shows. Their most recent Gold medal was for the charity, Horatio's Garden where it was also awarded the coveted Best in Show Award. Other projects have included the Kitchen Garden at RHS Garden Bridgewater and more recently they have been appointed to revitalise the planting of the Barbican Conservatory in London.
We are delighted that Hugo Bugg has agreed to share with us how Harris Bugg Studio delve into the singular narratives, sensitivities and spirit of place for projects to create gardens and landscapes with many layers to peel back. From small city spaces to historic gardens, Hugo will share projects and thoughts on how they feel this approach forges authentic, grounded, resonant places for clients, as well as nurturing the creativity of everyone at Harris Bugg Studio.
The talk will be followed by tea, coffee and cake.
