A Day of Two Castles

11am - Visit to Ince Castle Gardens, Saltash, Cornwall PL12 4RA
Ince Castle is the oldest brick built castle in Cornwall with spectacular views over the Lynher river.   Guided tour by Lady Alice Boyd, owner and retired member of the RHS Council. £5 a head. Followed by lunch at a local pub and afternoon visit.

2pm - Trematon Castle Gardens, Castle Hill, Saltash, Cornwall PL24 4QW 
A spectacular motte and bailey castle once owned by Edward the Black Prince and now gardened by the landscape design duo  Julian and Isobel Bannerman  with wild flowers and an exotic Indian-themed pool garden. £7 a head (please bring exact money).

Note these gardens are down narrow lanes, please use sat nav and follow website instructions about parking.
